Like every Ratchet and Clank game, there is a Challenge mode. Challenge mode is basically a game reset but all weapons health and upgrades are carried over plus enemies are stronger. In addition, there are omega versions of weapons. You can only buy them when the standard weapon is at max level. In Rift Apart, it can go up from level 6 to level 10. For this playthrough, I would try to upgrade all weapons to the max level 10 and such and get the Platinum Trophy during the process.
