Ravel - Mother Goose Suite (V. The Fairy Garden - Violin Solo)
1The beautiful violin solo in Ravel's "Mother Goose Suite". This certainly could be worked up, especially with creating an even warmer tone and vibrato than I have in this video (and played on my violin, I think it sounds pretty good!), but in the style of my other earlier violin videos I decided to just record this and see what happened. I think I'll try and do some shorter violin videos in the future just to have some more videos to watch of me playing on this instrument. :) Enjoy! And happy Autumn! Whenever I see the leaves falling from the trees, I think to my violin, this beautiful solo representing a garden... and of course, Vivaldi's piece.
Plus, I haven't uploaded much French music in this playlist, let alone much Western Art music in general... Although my string quartet is based on this style... I may upload something else later in the week, based on what mini-project I've selected for me to work on during the week.
