Ravenswatch is a fun new refreshing take on the rogue-like genre in development. The quality of design and execution in this game is astounding. Ravenswatch's visuals are stunning, and the gameplay is incredibly diverse and enjoyable. I'm particularly impressed by how the developers have woven together elements from dark fairy tales into their playable characters. It adds such a unique and intriguing dimension to the game. If you've been holding off on getting the game because there hasn't been "enough content" I would recommend waiting until the v1.0 release later this year to get the whole package. But this game has been more than worth the asking price even back on the early access launch when there was only 1 map. First with Curse of the Old Gods and now with Ravenswatch, Passtech Games does an amazing job of making combat feel heavy, meaty, and intentional. This leads to an engaging and rewarding combat experience. Still, as an early access, it's a great game but I wish there were a few more random elements to the game like bosses or other things. I feel like there is great potential in this game and I'm excited for the final product. Hope you enjoy my video.
