According to the latest rumours, AMD RDNA 3 Navi 31 and Threadripper 5000 Chagall has been DELAYED. The latest roadmap leaks say that Navi 31, which is the flagship GPU of the RDNA 3 RX 7000 SKUs, has been delayed while Nvidia RTX 40 Lovelace still maintains it's initial release window / launch schedule.
If Navi 31 does have a later release date than the RTX 40 Lovelace high end graphics cards, such as the RTX 4080 it could mean that Nvidia Lovelace will dominate the high end gaming and ray tracing performance space in the GPU market. But have the RDNA 3 Navi 31 graphics cards been delayed? and what of the release date of Navi 33?
The Zen 3 based Threadripper HEDT processors were expected to launch Q4 2021, but according to insiders the release date of Zen 3 Threadripper has been DELAYED. The Threadipper 5000 Chagall HEDT processors have been mysteriously absent from the Zen 3 lineup, and according to the latest leaks it has been DELAYED, and could even be based on the Zen3+ architecture instead.
