Overall Strategy:
Keep an eye out for this random event in the main street of Armadillo - 4 Walton's gang members dragging a lassoed victim. Use Dead Eye to take them out quickly and you'll unlock an Outfit scrap. As the event is random, don't wait around for it now if it is not occurring at the same time in your playthrough as in the guide's play list - just make a mental note when you see it, complete it if you want to unlock the optional Walton's Gang Outfit. You will be in and out of Armadillo plenty of times and the event is pretty common.
