Here is how do I find missing textures for RE Engine using Noesis (with custom python plugin to parse MDF2 files and load everything else), Notepad++ (with regex), custom RE Hash tool and RE7_Loc tool.

PS: I rename ".190820018" files to match with my custom Noesis script, you don't need to do it!
