I had a little bit of trouble getting this grenade to hit the button on the other side;
Some people would do it by throwing the grenade right at the wall and it would go the other way, but sometimes it would hit the wall and not hit the other way and you would take damage from it and you didn't have much to do other than just follow the normal path, because if you gave a checkpoint you would go back to the beginning;
So I took this scenario and found a method actually a reference point that might help some runners to get this skip right the first time;
I put a picture to make it easier to understand;
One observation: I don't know if you noticed but when Leon has TWO grenades he has an animation to grab another grenade at his waist, but when he has only ONE it gives the impression that he is throwing the grenade to another direction, kind of more to the left or right depending on how he plays, so I think it is recommended that you have two grenades if you do the second method;
The first method you don't have to worry about and I recommend doing the first method which is safer.

Eu tinha um pouco de dificuldade em acertar essa granada para atingir o botão do outro lado;
Alguns faziam em jogar a granada bem colada na parede e ela ia do outro lado, só que às vezes ela batia na parede, não atingiu o outro lado e você leva dano dela e você não tinha muito o que fazer além de você seguir o caminho normal, porque se você desse um checkpoint você ia voltar lá para o início;
Então peguei esse cenário e descobri um método na verdade um ponto de referência que talvez ajude alguns runners acertar esse skip de primeira;
Botei uma imagem para ficar mais fácil de entender;
Uma observação: não sei se vocês notaram mas quando o Leon tá com DUAS granadas ele tem uma animação de pegar outra granada no na cintura, mas quando ele tem apenas UMA dá impressão que ele tá jogando a granada para outra direção, meio que mais para esquerda ou direita dependendo de como ele joga, então acho que é recomendado você estar com duas granadas se você fizer o segundo método;
O primeiro método você não tem que se preocupar e recomendo fazer o primeiro método que é mais seguro.
