Rebirth of the Severed King | Elden Ring [1]
I am Godrick, the Golden. Lord of Limgrave.
My memories are vague and hazy, though they become sharper with every passing dawn.
I remember that long ago I sought to bolster my fading strength through the forbidden art of grafting, taking the flesh and power of others into myself.
I realize now that slowly, over time, the toll of that stolen power bore down upon my soul and into my mind.
And, in time, the thing that I had become determined to use a reversal of grafting; to sever off from itself all that it saw as weak. All that it saw as vulnerable. All that was not completely, utterly corrupt.
In short, all that was human.
And so, I found myself cast out from the very monster that I had created. The monster that I had become.
The irony of my plight is not lost upon me. But I have little time for such ruminations. It took time for me to reconstitute myself, time that I and my kingdom scarcely had. Now, I find myself as one born anew, reformed within a lost church of Queen Marika the Eternal. A lone demigod reborn amongst the ghosts of a thousand ancient battles fought and lost.
Others who knew me for what I had become will scarce recognize me. They may call me Tarnished, or think that my understanding of grace is something granted by others.
I do not care. Only my Becoming matters.
I shall track down the monster that has stolen my throne, my face, and my very name. I shall cast my foe down and take my rightful place again as King of Limgrave.
And from there, I shall ascend as I should have long ago, no matter what or who may stand in my way.
I am Godrick. Lord of all that is golden.
And I shall become the one, true Elden Lord.

“Coyote Streams” airs every Sunday, approximately 4pm-6pm Central Standard Time.
At about 3:50pm, there will usually be a pre-show with classic cartoons.
Afterwards, I play video games for the unbridled delight of people everywhere.
Let's see what happens! 8{D~
(Alas, I am not in a position to properly subtitle these stream recordings, as would be my preference. However, YouTube's system seems to do a fair job, and my non-stream videos are fully subtitled for the accessibility and amusement of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.)
