Mission 2 is unlocked after clearing Mission 1 on any difficulty without using a continue.
And here's where NRT's collaboration comes into play, since this contains one of their characters, that being Vinca Wars.

While there's a selection of Easy-Lunatic, and the stage title displays Stage 4, it essentially plays just like an Extra Stage. But, you know, with selectable difficulty. This also means enemies will still shoot revenge bullets on Hard/Lunatic.
It also doesn't allow you to continue here. So yeah.

It's honestly not too bad once you learn how to deal with some attacks. Although oh god why does that survival exist. It wouldn't be nearly as bad if the player hitbox wasn't enormous. Also they made All-Hate Mines from Tri Focuser even worse due to not having a camera here. Lol.
Also my movement inputs were getting stuck on the last few nons, because fuck me.
The final also takes way too long, especially with how easy it is.
