Hundreds of troops in minutes method:

For this method, the only thing you need is one or more companions
and a few troops (but can be done without troops).

Troops you get will be random levels, some recruits and some over level 21,
but you can choose what type of troops that are recruited (Culture wise).

Here is the method:

Get a companion with high steward skill. The higher the steward skill, the
more party size they can have (Every 4 levels of steward = +1 party size)

Companions with high steward:
Spicevendor - 100 Steward = +25 Party size
Swift - 80 Steward = +20 Party size
Bitterdraught - 40 Steward = +10 Party size

Now go to any area with troops that you would normally recruit (If you like
khuzait troops, go to the khuzait region)

Once you are in the right region, start a party with the companion you have.
You can either give the companion some troops for protection or just send
him or her without by themselves.
(If you decided to send them by themselves, understand that there is a high
chance that the companion will be captured, but will eventually escape and
you can try again)

Now the companion will go to towns and villages and pick up insane amounts
of troops until they reach max party size. (You will still pay for the
troops that your companion gets in form of daily wage pay, but it seems
it is at a huge discounted rate)

You can also follow your companion to make sure they do not get attacked by
a huge force or you can just wait until they are full and call them to your
army for free. (If you are not a vassal or own your own kingdom, you cannot
call an army and i suggest you follow the party)

Once the party is full and you meet up with them again, ask to inspect
their troops and then take what you would like.

You can repeat this as many times as you want, and you can do it with
multiple parties at once and rebuild your army and beef up your garrisons
in no time at all!
