The only hard part here was the generator repair sequence. Died a few times on that part.
As shown in the video, what ended up working best was luring the green electric monster out of the tunnel and by the starting checkpoint.
Hes slow but very dangerous and takes ALOT of hits. I ended up ignoring the enemies and sprinting for the objectives. Once he is lured back to the checkpoint he didnt come back out of the tunnel by the force field switch. I believe he eventually came back but by that point I was able to get the next checkpoint. Once you respawn at that checkpoint the mass of leftover monsters is gone. So just focus on repairing the generators, moving to the next one, and holding X (ignoring enemies) at the force field control shortly after you get there, then again after the generators are repaired.
