Clear on the Extreme difficulty of this game (Hardest is Re:Extreme, which is afaik Extreme but with revenge bullets.)

Rather unique doujin game that never got much attention despite being pretty cool. Game focuses mostly on aggressive play where your sub weapons will cancel bullets and refill bomb meter - game actively encourages you to do this by having just outrageously tough attacks on the screen at all times. Soundtrack is also fantastic.
