Reggio Calabria Airport (LICR) is located near Reggio, in southern Calabria, Italy and the developers at Aerosoft have brought this airport to life in stunning detail for all users of X-Plane 11. The airport is located right on the tip of the Italian "boot" in the southern region.
The scenery add-on features many advanced features such as PBR ground polygons and more.
The package includes a highly detailed and accurate approach landing system including the special rabbit lights (which are animated).
The scenery also features a custom mesh scenery for the airport and surrounding areas to bring it to life.
The cities and towns surrounding the airport have also been brought true-to-life with custom autogen and buildings. The buildings on the airport site itself feature PBR textures which really look great with sun reflections during the day (a new feature of XP11). Many of the main city buildings have been included including the “Stadio Granillo”.
As usual, 3D cars and vehicles have also been included along with manually placed trees and vegetation.
Also included is the well-know (if you are a local) aeroclub as part of the airfield.
The file is released as payware which means you need to purchase it in order to use it.
