I don't know why I went totally OCD over this otherwise minor issue, but I did. And I'm kinda glad I did too. :P

Anyways, the purpose of this patch is to 1: replace the vocal tracks from the Japanese soundtrack removed by SEGA due to licensing issues and 2: fix the bug in which the cutscenes are only presented in 4:3. They're still just cropped to fit the 16:9 aspect ratio, however the console version does this in real time depending on the TV it's being played on. Evidently something was lost in translation for the mobile port, so I just cropped and re-encoded all the cutscenes manually.

NOTE: As of this time, this patch will only work in version 1.0.0 of the game as further updates changed the file structure from raw data in to packaged .obb files. While I CAN alter, unpack and create said files, I at this time am unable to do so without the game crashing in response. If anyone can give me a hand figuring out the format in which these are compressed, that would be great. :)

On a semi-related note, I'm not sure if this same bug exists on iOS, but the same files should work there providing they aren't in their own kind of unknown compressed archive. If somebody can give that a try and report back to me, I'll update the patch accordingly.
