Stockpile circlet / burden of the gambler or empowering loop
Build summary:
The OG bandit devastator is back! Not quite as broken as it was at launch but it's still good! The 1st variation of the build are for those who like to get a little closer to their enemies. Since we are applying bleed, polished whetstone is going to give us a nice bump in our DPS. As with most bandit builds, pro ring is the main focus. It allows us to reload our weapons that our stowed, so while bandit is proc-ing, it gives more time for the stowed firearm to be reloaded. Stockpile circlet increases the ammo capacity of the weapons and for those who did not know, the pro ring's stowed reload speed is determined by the ammo capacity. The bigger the magazine, the faster the stowed gun reloads. Corrosive aura is going to make our enemies receive 25% more damage. Apply frozen with frostborne when you can to add an additional 20% more crit damage to the enemy. The 2nd variation of the build is more for those who want to keep their distance. In this one we drop the stockpile circlet and replace it with a damage ring (gambler for non weakspot enemies and emp loop for weakspot enemies). The objective in this variation is two fire the devastator and when it doesn't proc, fire the mod then fire the hunting pistol. If that doesn't proc, follow it up with a charged attack from the hero's sword. This will give ample time for the stowed gun to be reloaded as well as maintaining constant DPS.
