Everything you see me build in Fallout 4, I can also build in real life. I am a firm believer that if you are going to be an Architect or an Interior Designer.. YOU had better be able to do the work YOURSELF!

I wanted to post something different to YouTube, thus I chose this video that I had edited two years ago.

There are 3 separate renovations in this video.

1) The first renovation is from my apartment that I had back from 2008-2012 here in Calgary, Alberta. I repainted and replaced all the baseboards in my apartment. I also replaced the toilet flange as well as some other miscellaneous items.

The Water Fountain that you see in the pictures I built myself. The glass and frame came from another water fountain that I used in that particular build.

I also painted the entire 10-plex apartment housing unit. Which included painting all the doors and replacing the hardware. I had to remove the doors myself, sand/mud and then paint, AND then re-install the doors also by myself. I created a jig from baseboards to hold the doors in place. There were around 15 doors.

That was about a 3 month project. I chose all the colors and designed the interior decorating myself.

2) The second renovation was of the apartment I stayed at from 2014-2017. I do not have all the pictures in the video, as I renovated the entire apartment suite.

What it does show is the bathroom renovation. The entire renovation includes: Replacing the ENTIRE sub-floor with half-inch plywood as the floor was squeaking. Plumbing, painting, sanding, mudding, etc.

3) The third renovation was at a friends rental property which was a house. It was a COMPLETE Bathroom renovation.

That included complete demolition of the entire bathroom. Then designing the layout, re-locating the groundworks and installing a backflow water valve, which then lead to re-pouring the busted out concrete and giving it a smooth finish.

The bathroom was the complete package. I did everything except for the tiling as it would have taken me too long. I did the framing, hvac, electrical, plumbing obviously because I am a trained plumber, drywall, mudding, sanding, painting and the finishing.
