To solve the Circuit Breaker Record, you need to solve the Jail's Electronic Puzzle in 13 moves. It is located in the Jail and requires two Boxed Electronic Parts to start the puzzle.

The First Electronic Part can be found in the Generator Room B1. The Second Electronic Part is part of the Clock Tower Puzzle and requires the Large Gear. After solving the Clock Tower, the Electronic Part drops from the bell cage.

Return with both parts to the Jail and follow the steps from the video to solve the electric board in and open the cell door in 13 moves.
