As we return to Resident Evil 3, we continue on as Carlos attempting to protect Jill in her incapacitated state as we hold off a horde of zombies as they invade the hospital (for some reason). Afterward we take back control of Jill in search of Carlos in the lab's that remain hidden under the hospital.
