0Once you have Ashley, exit the church and shoot the barrels. Continue killing the villagers until you reach the village entrance where you started. You can scour the village again for some items or head directly east. There are half a dozen traps with several villagers so watch out.
Entering through the double doors, you'll want to take Ashley up the ladder and across the small platform before jumping down. You should see a tall double-barred door with a villager nearby, as well as a dozen traps. Kill the villager and use Ashley to unlock the door. Ahead, a merchant will be waiting. Upgrade anything that you want at this point because the next part is the hardest section of the chapter, and arguably the game on Professional.
Cabin...
Iconic and on Professional, extremely difficult. Less than two wrong moves can kill Leon instantly (as you can see in my video). I believe you need around 40 kills to end this fight, which will end the chapter as well, so make sure to keep count.
I would recommend immediately taking out one window and focusing on several villagers until the others push through. This gives you time to rack up several extra kills while focusing solely on them. Once the others break down the windows, it becomes chaos. Hopefully you saved some grenades, although you can find some upstairs. Use the grenades to your advantage. If you're getting overwhelmed toss one (even if it hits Luis) to stop the villagers from ganging up on you. Once they do, pull out a shotgun to take them down. If several parasites appear on their heads, a simple flash should do the trick.
Once you can head upstairs, you can either stay midway on the stairwell to take the enemies out down below while Luis covers you, or you can throw the ladders down to kill several of the villagers. I went with the ladder route, as Luis isn't foolproof and can get overwhelmed pretty quickly, which can cost you your life if you're not careful. I would recommend the shotgun for the remainder of the fight as the hoards will run up the steps. Shooting several at once will make things much easier and give you time to adjust your strategy.
This place requires patient, quick input controls and a bit of luck. But mostly being able to know what's going on around you at all times. There's not really any secret or trick but to practice. If you can make it to the stairwell portion, you're already doing extremely well. Once there, take down the enemies as needed and make sure to keep your distance. If your back is up near a window with a ladder, do a quick turn to throw it back down to keep the villagers out.
Hope this was somewhat helpful as I know this section is crazy difficult on Professional. This is really where the game tests your skill and you need to be quick by now at killing enemies to keep Leon alive. Thankfully, the difficulty dies down a tad before picking back up after this.
Once the villagers leave, you'll get a small cutscene to end the chapter.
