0I find that the Cerberus were a lot harder to deal with on Arrange Mode. They must have made them more difficult in some way. It's a lot harder to line up your shots, they avoid your Knife stabs more easily, and their starting positions in the outside area are random.
Arrange Mode also heavily encourages you to do the route where you bring Richard the Serum. This is because the Sword Key has now been moved to the break room near where you fight Yawn, which means you actually get the Armor Key first. This is opposite from Original Mode where you usually meat Rebecca and get the Sword Key first in the western save room.
