Description:
Life on the planet is most likely doomed due to the Fog, a miasma that corrupts and kills everything that's exposed to it. You play as two warriors with different outlooks on life as they try to make the best of their final days in this hellscape of a world. Oh, and there's resource management, cuz this is an apocalypse game.

0:16 Purgatory
The layout is the same as before, but there are a lot more enemies and some additional items. To progress, you have to activate all the crystals that you couldn't interact with as Aeyr.
10:52 Gauron Chase
Mia ends up in an illusionary area that represents the home she and Aeyr could have shared. She argues with Aeyr for a bit before the latter throws her into the next area to act as bait for Gauron.
Gauron will chase Mia through this section, and while getting caught doesn't kill you, it still results in damage.
Fortunately, you get one last real save point before the rest of the party shows up. This includes Luke and Trill, and now you get to actually use the formation menu. Everyone's inventory is merged, so you can try some different equipment combinations.
17:00 Boss: Gauron
I didn't really make use of it, but this is the only battle where you can use the Formation mechanic. At the very start of a round, you can swap out party members that aren't locked. At the end of the fight, all inactive party members get half EXP.
20:59 Aeyr's Gambit
Aeyr sticks Gauron's soul back into his body and reveals that he used Mia as bait so he could save his friends without interference. However, a rift swallows Aeyr, Mia, and Gauron, and the latter transforms into a Hellspawn.
24:09 Boss: Origin.FAITH
Eventually, Aeyr and Mia will learn a shared passive that increases their action count to 6. This should be enough to win this battle of attrition.
31:59 Aeyr and Mia's Resolve
Aeyr absorbs Gauron's power in order to survive the fog. Unfortunately, Aeyr and Mia still have to duke it out over their clashing ideals. Mia intends on eliminating Aeyr as a threat to this world while Aeyr will continue defying human civilization to find a place for himself. Between each duel, you'll get hints about how to fulfill Resolve checks.
In the Resolve route, the two end on a stalemate and decide they can't bring themselves to kill each other. Mia intends on living with Aeyr in order to keep him in check and kill him when he finally loses control as a Hellspawn.
43:41 Fallen Purgatory
The final dungeon sank into the ground, but the Fog is still there. We don't really know what the other party members are going to do at this point.
47:43 Kakuri
The tower door is now open for some reason. You can visit the town, but there's not much going on in there. On the bright side, it looks like the civilians respect her more now.
51:21 Tower of Sinners
Vanessa broke out of jail and entered the tower. She realizes Mia told the truth about Kakuri, but this means that the former sacrificed so many people for nothing.
As you traverse the tower, you'll find that every enemy is a Black Miasma Spout for some reason, even though Miasma shouldn't exist here.
The duo eventually find a magic circle that traps them in coffins. They're taken to a space where Vanessa reveals that she wants to die as penance for her atrocities.
1:15:28 Boss: The Last Hero
To win, you must heal Vanessa to full health using your new abilities, all while dealing with the mooks that constantly get summoned to devour her. I actually forgot about Mia's enemy heal ability and made the battle last longer than it should.
1:21:32 Ending
The party convinces Vanessa to atone while living and promise to keep her in check if she goes off the rails again.
1:25:05 Chaos Quest
Beating the game doesn't unlock NG+, but it does grant extra menu options that can make the game easier or harder. However, I don't feel like trying to get the other three endings, though according to the dev's Twitter, no ending is considered canon and each has its own pros and cons. Though IMO, the Resolve ending takes the most effort and prior knowledge to obtain, since some of the checks aren't really obvious without the guide.
