With the launch of Patch 10.0.7, the reintroduction of several old crafting recipes removed with the retirement of the original Zul'gurub raid are now once again available. Here's how to obtain them:

Note: You have to be Level 70 to be able to interact with the items needed to start the quest

Collect Fragmented Hakkari Bijou and Shattered Hakkari Bijou from the Zul'Gurub Heroic Dungeon. They're located in the center of the zone, inside the pyramid where you fight Jin'do the Godbreaker.
Rather than take the stairs up to the boss, go around either side to enter the interior of the pyramid.
They're rather easy to miss, lying on the ground by one of the gongs near the southern entrance.
Note that the Shattered Bijou is only available during the second phase of the Jin'do encounter, while inside the spirit realm. It's in the same spot as the Fragmented Bijou.

Combining the two will create Restored Hakkari Bijou, which can be turned in to Rin'wosho the Trader in Zandalar. Alliance players beware, you'll probably need a quick exit after turning it in.
Turning it in will earn you Relics of a Fallen Empire, which unlocks account wide access to the reintroduced ZG recipes and crafting materials.
A version of Rin'wosho will now be available inside the dungeon by the entrance, selling recipes/ensembles.

Once you obtain the achievement Relics of a Fallen Empire, Bijous will start dropping in Zul'Gurub, with a chance of dropping from all trash mobs, and 1 guaranteed Bijou drop from all bosses. Bosses can also rarely drop Big Bag o' Bijous, which contains 4 Bijous each.

9 types of Bijou can be farmed:
Blue Hakkari Bijou
Bronze Hakkari Bijou
Gold Hakkari Bijou
Green Hakkari Bijou
Orange Hakkari Bijou
Purple Hakkari Bijou
Red Hakkari Bijou
Silver Hakkari Bijou
Yellow Hakkari Bijou
Bijous will be used to purchase patterns, ensembles and to interact with tribute piles.

In a tribute to fishing for Gahz'ranka in the original Zul'Gurub, once you gain the ability to discover the secrets of Zul'Gurub, you will be able to fish on Gahz'ranka's original spot (on the northern area of Zul'Gurub, near the Temple of Bethekk just past the temple housing High Priestess Kilnara for more ancient loot!

The correct area to fish in has a bunch of Gurubashi Villager fishing in the water and you will receive a buff, Mudskunk Aroma (you might need to leave and return the area a few times for the buff to apply).

When fishing in the correct area, you have a high chance of fishing a Jostled Gurubashi Cache or Waterlogged Gurubashi Cache (usually within 10 casts). Fishing one of these caches for the first time awards the achievement Deadliest Cache. You can fish one cache per day per character, and only basic Fishing is required to fish in the area.
Waterlogged Gurubashi Cache contains 1 Bijou, Classic profession mats and a chance at unobtainable drops.
Jostled Gurubashi Cache contains 4 Bijous, Classic profession mats and a chance at unobtainable drops. Requires lockpicking to open. An easy way open these if you aren't a Rogue/don't have the professions is to go to a Shadowlands zone, ally yourself with the Necrolords, soulbind with Plague Deviser Marileth and talent into Kevin's Keyring.
Returning drops from these caches are currently being compiled, but so far include Tigule's Harpoon and Lizardscale Eyepatch.

Once you unlock the secrets to Zul'Gurub, you will be able to collect a new toy, the Brazier of Madness. This toy can be looted at the Cache of Madness portion of Zul'Gurub, just to the left of the pillar containing the Tablet of Madness. When used, this toy will drop a Brazier of Madness on the ground, functioning just like any other campfire toys.

However, a small secret is attached to this toy, and Alchemists - Reading the Tablet of Madness on a character with 300 points in Classic Alchemy will teach them the old recipe for the Gurubashi Mojo Madness potion, a recipe previously unavailable since Cataclysm and the world revamp it brought. Using a Gurubashi Mojo Madness on the summoned campfire from the Brazier of Madness will give you the buff Succumbed to Madness for 1 hour, making all mobs in Zul'Gurub friendly and allowing you to interact with Blood Piles.

There are four Blood Piles in Zul'Gurub, and interacting with a Blood Pile will request you a number of Bijous. You can interact with the tribute piles as many times as you have Bijous to give as offerings. The Tribute Piles can be found in the following places:
Behind High Priest Venoxis's spawn point;
To the right of Bloodlord Mandokir's spawn;
All the way in the back of High Priestess Kilnara's room;
To the left of the giant green cauldron on Zanzil's room.
