Sonic Blast Man est de retour sur Super Nintendo pour sauver la Terre du terrible Yafu. Il est cette fois-ci accompagné de Captain Choyear et Sonia, que vous pouvez incarner dès le début. Chacun d'entre eux possède des coups spéciaux bien à eux pour éradiquer les troupes de Yafu et tenter de les empêcher de conquérir la planète. Contrairement au premier épisode, il est désormais possible de jouer à deux.
