Return Fire PS1 gameplay
2This is a pretty good war game on PS1. This game has some unique physics, almost everything can be destroyed. It is similar to the Sega Genesis game Desert Strike but with more vehicles and simplified. Great game to play if you have never tried it. It is on the Playstation 1, it may also be found on the Sega Saturn and/or the Panasonic 3DO. The controls take a min to get used to but once you get the hang of it, this game can be alot of fun. It seems to start off very easy and get harder as you beat maps so you have time to learn it all before it gets hard. The music in this game is questionable but its not bad. I did not edit the music that is the real game music lol.
A "hidden gem" is the expansion pack for this game on the Panasonic 3DO but it requires you to have a save file from the original game on 3DO to access it so it is tricky to get it working and its a rarely talked about Xpac for a decent game. Id love to see a homebrew hack to put both the 3DO discs into 1 ROM so the Xpac can be unlocked and part of the game right away on 1 disc. A full remake of this game would be nice, the gaming industry seems to be ignoring the "blow up everything on the map with a tank/mech" type game with a good 1 player campaign mode.
