I record these flights so I can watch back and address the mistakes I make.

This flight was meant for 3 of us including my nephew (who has a fear of flying) however the door opened in the climbout so when we returned, he wanted to get out. Me and my lad went up to Halfpenny Green and then on the way back the cloudbase was considerably lower than the 2000 feet needed for an overhead join. We did a straight in on runway 18 however my land was quite heavy :(. After watching back, I should have been watching my airspeed more attentively and then added a trickle of power to arrest the rate of decent. Also, you'll noticed I landed on the QNH not the QFE!!
