Right Parabellum Kicks or RFS F+4 is an i8 High from Right Flamingo Stance (RFS) that creates a problem for the opponent as they aren't allowed to press a button when the Talon transitions to RFS from any move that allows him to do so. This then gives Hwoarang "free" entry to employ his mixups which have been upgraded with the new additions of RFS 3~4 and RFS UF+3 as those are safe low crushing options. The situation does sounds strong however there are nerfs to its frames and one must be aware of that in order to fully maximize RFS F+4.
