Ridge Racer (Revision 3) - Intermediate Course - Mame 0.165 - 1cc
2Ridge Racer was a racing game released by Namco on October 1993 in Japan (in USA this game was released on January 1994). The control of this racing game is a bit different because it is based on power sliding to try to mantain good times on races, but you can control it as some other similar racing cars with good technique (avoiding most power slide).
The game was released on Namco System 22 hardware and according to some information it is said that was the first 3D arcade game to feature texture mapped polygons
This game has only one playable track, but has different sections if you select advanced or intermediate tracks. The conditions of the race will change during the race on these tracks too (afternoon/night)
In the intermediate course you're able to run 3 laps with a speed limit of 200 Km/h on racing.
