Anyone who’s been to the Railway Museum in Ogden, Utah knows about DRGW 5371, and how you can ring its bell with your hand, but did you know that there’s a second engine there you can ring the bell of too? And this one being a Bronze Bell as opposed to a boring Steel Bell sounds a lot better than that of 5371. An Employee of the Museum was actually standing right behind me as I filmed this, and he said that people often ring the bell of 5371, but hardly anyone ever rings the bell of 6916. In fact, I only found out that you could ring 6916’s bell back in 2019, but it was to crowded then because it was of course the Big Boy Event, but now that I was there again, I had my chance.
