While outside with the Preserved stuff at the Ogden Railway Museum, a FrontRunner on the nearby track was ready to depart. Rumor had it that if you wave at the passing trains, they’ll blow the horn at you. I didn’t wave, I just got the camera ready, waited for it to come closer, and then, as it pulled near, I decided to zoom in... But little did I know, I was about to give the video the PERFECT dramatic effect, as literally the millisecond my finger touched the zoom toggle... BOOM!!! Leading Cab Car 115 erupted and shook me hard just like Tri-Rail 507 did exactly 3 years ago to the day I’m uploading this, only this time, I kept my mouth shut. This was the absolute highlight of my 21st Birthday, and was all the talk for the rest of the day.

115 I had always noted for being the most horn-filled unit of the entire FrontRunner fleet. Its horn was probably always the best known of the fleet from an old clip from back in 2019 of it roaring like never before. And now I can tell you it’s true, with me now having this video of it blasting right in my face.

Mid-Set is Cab Car 117. This unit I’ve taken quite an interest in lately. I feel like it rarely ever leads, and the only real memory I have of it leading is the many times I saw it in 2019, when it was leading more often than usual. Then, in April this year, I had this weird dream where everyone was doing this protest against Wigglytuff (you know, the Pokémon), and UTA was in on it, and they wrapped a FrontRunner Cab Car with explicit “F Wigglytuff” decals, and showed it on the News, and that very Cab Car was none other than 117. I later made a Wario/Chick Hicks Dies Meme based on this, but now, 117 is on the good side, with Wigglytuff riding on board of it, being brought in to brutally kill all the protesters (even the ones who were supporting her). The best part of it all is, the photo used for the background of that video... was taken in the EXACT location where this video here was taken. I don’t really have much to say about MP36 10, which was pushing at the rear. Only that it is indeed still with FrontRunner and not now part of MBTA.
