Riptide GP2 - Factory Shift (PS4)
8As I bought Riptide GP2 and Renegade together as a pair, I'd mainly been concentrating on playing Renegade. From the initial impression I got of the two, I preferred Renegade's more 'off piste' style of courses, that felt a bit closer to the sort of gameplay you got with Hydro Thunder. But, having spent quite some time playing GP2 recently I think t's every bit as good as Renegade and just as impressive looking (particularly considering it's tablet/mobile phone origins) and really is a lot of fun to play.
The gameplay here was recorded using the PS4's internal capture, so it doesn't show the game's true frame rate of 60fps and the resolution's locked at 720p (although, on the plus side, at least this means YouTube won't fuck the video up after processing and not display any sub 2K viewing options like it's been doing with all my 4K uploads since the start of the year...). One weird thing here though is why the internal capture's decided to add a lovely black border to the video
