This is a live run of a custom scenario designed in the style of 11th century south east England. The setting is 1066 A.D. when Duke William I of Normandy invaded England over his claim to the English throne. The scenario is just like the Heptarchy and even Caesar's 'Ad Britannica' but I added a small strip to represent the Normandy coast. The player is William's side and starts with a large fleet of ships and ground troops already water bound and ready to sail for England. Meanwhile Harold Godwinson, a previous successor to the trone, and his army are mopping up after an attack by another claimant to the throne, Harald Hardrada accompanied by Harold's own outlaw brother Tostig Godwinson in the north. The player must sail and land his troops as quickly as possible, before the computer player and move it's army south to counter attack. The rest is a straight up conquest map.

This is actually a do-over of an original run, the original version had a problem with some of the unit production times and was balanced a little too heavily in the AI's favor. So after doing the last part I made better progress at pushing inland and in this next part will attempt to finish the scenario, hopefully within a couple of hours.
