Rising From The Ashes. Learning From Failure | FASULO, MAVOR, GITELMAN, PARSONS, EDERY VIDEO
The most successful game developers rarely 'come out of nowhere.' Most have failed repeatedly -- and sometimes failed dozens of times -- before achieving sustainable and lasting success. Learning from and surviving failure is probably the single most important skill any developer can possess. This panel will expose the stories of folks who have 'lived to tell the tale' and share how you, as a fellow developer, can hope to grow beyond your own failures in the future.
Delivered at the IGDA Summit @ Casual Connect Seattle, July 2012.
