Riven is the sequel to Myst and was released in 1997 by Cyan. I loved Myst so much that I bought Riven as soon as it came out to play it. I remember I got so confused I had to do the pre-internet thing and buy a strategy guide to figure out how to complete the game. I loved the story so much that I didn't even care I needed help with some of the puzzles. I admit my replay for the game I also used help from the internet.
