Here are details about the roach armor set. You get 6.5 defense and 90% gas resistance with the roach helmet, 12 defense and a few health points when looting corpses with the roach chestplate, and 6.5 defense and a few more health points when looting corpses with the roach greaves. I'm guessing 5 or 6 health points in total. The adaptive resistance set bonus also gives you up to 30% resistance to venom, chill or sizzle damage. #grounded2
