Mingle Media TV and Red Carpet Report team were at the 2019 Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild Awards (MUAHS, IATSE Local 706) when they held their annual ceremony honoring the craft in 23 categories of film, television, commercials and live theater this past weekend.
