You'll need to find all 3 colored water and water the plant in this order: Blue, Red, and Purple.

It's not exactly difficult, but it takes some searching to find the purple pond and the red brazier. It can be also hard to find a way to not spill your purple water when you run to the jungle flower.

Oh, and I found the King Cobregg at the same time! :D
