On dolphin if you hold the previous notes and then switch it simply won't hit if the note held wasn't the part of said chord, where as on every other emulator [and for that matter, RB3 on Dolphin] you can hold said notes [to hit them here you either strum or let go of previous note and then re-tap] No idea why this happens.
As you see in video i am dropping the notes on Dolphin but on RPCS3 i hit them fine, don't know why Dolphin handles anchoring differently.
