I haven't finished the game yet so I don't have a complete kit for tackling all of the SP Navi S Ranks. However, I do have a good enough chip folder to get an easy S rank on FireManSP. This gets an S rank in a little over 21 seconds which is okay but not blazingly fast. Thankfully, SP chips don't have variable power so 10 second S ranks aren't required.

A lot of the information I used came from The Rockman EXE Zone as it's the best English language source for the mobile phone Mega Man Battle Network games.

Skill Editor notes

I don't have the full 12 panels to work with but just having 2 Custom1 parts equipped is good enough. The GhstAntn is equipped to make the encounter rate for Navi ghosts increase from 1/15 to 1/3 chance per encounter. SuperArmor is ignored since in this game it doesn't prevent rank reduction from getting hit.

Chip Folder notes

The main code that I used here, as well as the one I currently use for the main story, is a B code folder. B code gives access to Bubbler B, Bub-V B and BublSide B chips which can form into the BubSprd Program Advance. These also don't cause enemies to flash when used on them which is helpful for getting high ranks in virus busting. The water element also makes the FireManSP S rank pretty straightforward.

-Bubbler B, Bub-V B, and BublSide B are the main bulk of the deck to exploit the weakness and to get out the PA when possible. I only had 2 BublSide B chips for this, though getting more from Shrimpy3 viruses is possible at the same time the GhstAntn is available.
-FstGauge U is the regular chip, used for faster chip cycling despite being off code. Haven't got far enough to get FstGauge *.
-Invis * is the main defensive chip to avoid damage and lava panels.
-Vulcan2 B and ZapRing2 B are used for stunning FireManSP in place to get the Bubbler shots out as much as possible.
-AreaGrab * is a good way to get to the column of panels without lava. AreaGrab can also stun enemies without flashing which gives a surprisingly helpful opening for damage.
-Satelit1 * and TreeBom1 * are chip trader only but I wouldn't recommend using them since it's not consistent against FireManSP and are here for filler. The fact that they managed to hit at all during this video was pure luck.
-HeatShot B, WideBlde B, RndmMtr1 B are also filler chips that would honestly be replaced with better chips.
-The AntiFire chips come in K code which I didn't personally use for the B code folder. It is essentially free damage on FireManSP for any other chip folder builds.

Boss AI notes

The one dangerous attack FireManSP has is throwing a lava ball to create lava panels to avoid. The area denial from lava panels would probably be the only way his other attacks would hit you. The lava ball also comes out surprisingly quickly if you're right next to him. This is all pretty easy to circumvent by either using field chips to remove the lava panels or having other means to ignore the lava panels. Otherwise this is a pretty straightforward S-rank with folders all about using water element chips.
