Rockman EXE Phantom of Network - JammingManSP S Rank
Sorry about the audio issues. That's just an issue with the DoJa emulator when my laptop is plugged in to charge. I also cut out several minutes of encountering regular viruses rather than the Navi ghost because 1/3 odds means I hit the 2/3 odds quite a bit during recording.
I finally got all of the custom panels available though I might not have needed it for this S rank. The folder could probably could use further tweaks for much more consistent S ranks on Jamming Man but this was good enough for me to not worry about it.
A lot of the information I used came from The Rockman EXE Zone as it's the best English language source for the mobile phone Mega Man Battle Network games.
Skill Editor notes
Having 2 Custom1 panels equipped means more consistency for the chip folder. I added a wood ElemBatc for WoodStyle in case I needed to get supplemental damage that way. It turns out that I didn't so replacing that with the third Custom1, a FirstBarrier, or a 2ndChance would've been more useful. The GhstAntn is there to make spawning the Navi ghost easier.
Chip Folder notes
This is primarily an M code folder, built around exploiting wood element weakness as well as locking down JammingManSP in place when possible. Assuming all of the Boomer chips hit they can rapidly chew through 1120 of JammingManSP's 1700 HP, with the remaining important chips for cleanup.
-Boomer1 and Boomer2 come in L, M and N codes. They are the main bread and butter for this folder. I used the M code to synergize with the other chips sharing the same code but I'm pretty
-I still haven't got the * code for FstGauge but the rest of the chip folder was strong enough to not be a concern. Naturally this is set as the Regular Chip and used immediately.
-TreeBom1 and TreeBom3 come in M code which work well with successful Boomer chip hits for additional damage. The seed does damage without flashing, which gives an extra opportunity for damage. I didn't have a full set of either but they worked well enough for this folder.
-Satelit2 M works well as an extra method for stunning the boss in place for extra hits, albeit not as reliable.
-AreaGrab makes locking down JammingManSP with Boomer and Satelit2 chips easier since that reduced the likelihood of him moving out of the way.
-IceBall M was there as a decent fallback for damage if there weren't any -TreeBom chips to throw when JammingManSP is stunned. In this video I also get lucky with a double damage Satelit2 on the ice panel created.
-PnlRetrn * is helpful for the initial cracks in the floor. Since JammingManSP likes to do a lot of area of denial, having extra movement options is a good thing.
-Barrier * and AnitDmg M are defensive chips for this folder.
-The rest of the chips were filler, honestly.
Boss AI notes
JammingManSP quickly moves 2-3 spaces between attacks. His basic shot forward isn't that much of a threat but his other two attacks make it harder to maneuver for attacking. If you can't get a good stunlock spot, throwing chips aren't all that helpful. Thankfully the Boomer chips are perfect for doing just that.
