Playthrough of Rockman X6 for the PS1 on the Xtreme difficulty setting while also completing the game 100% by collection all of X's armor parts, hearts and Sub Tanks while rescuing every single reploid in the game with none of then being infected by the Nightmares. In the Xtreme difficulty setting just like with X5, stages have more enemies and they never drop Health or Energy Tanks but enemies and bosses also have more attack patterns on Xtreme making it very challenging. X6 is by far one of the hardest Megaman X games around so much that people trash on it but just like everything, if you know what you are doing the game is much easier. This is a 2nd run of Megaman X6 but this time played on the japanese version of the game as the US version has cut audio and another minor differences. I also will be skipping the cutscenes and the on stage texts as this game has abit too much just like with X5 and some people might not like then so another reason for another run. Like i said in my original run, X is really underpowered in X6 but what i didnt say that it also applies to his Ultimate Armor too. For X to get a semblance of viability in this one you basically have to do nothing but spam Giga Attack and even then its not enough to compare to Zero so this run i yet again complete the game as Black Zero but this time around i will farm all the way to rank 9999 at the first opportunity i have (off screen of course) instead of waiting for the endgame. If you wanna play X6 as X by all means do it on Normal difficulty as on Xtreme he is just not viable outside of Ultimate Armor Giga Attack spam and that can get stale very quickly as even his special weapons on X6 are some of the worst in the series as a whole while as Zero on Xtreme you can still have variety thanks to the Guard Shell Glitch which X cant fully abuse.
