Rolling Thunder 2 (Gen)
53Rolling Thunder 2 was developed by Namco and released to Arcades in 1990 and to the Sega Genesis in 1991.
The gameplay is very similar to the original Shinobi except you play as a special agent with guns rather than a ninja with throwing stars! Just like Shinobi the character moves forward slowly, can duck and shoot and can jump up to higher, and back down to lower platforms. You can not shoot while jumping in air nor can you shoot up or down. Gameplay is slow and methodical as timing is key and does become fun once you get into it. Graphics and music are great as is the animation in cut-scenes.
Game is being played from a Raspberry pi 3 B+ with retro-pi (Emulation Station with Retroarch) and captured with an Avermedia EzRecorder 130 HDMI capture device.
