This time, Link has been sent to the land of Labrynna to fetch the girl Nayru, the Oracle of Ages, and bring her back to Hyrule to keep her safe, as Zelda has sensed that she may be in danger. Link does find Nayru, with her friend Ralph, singing to a bunch of animals, but after listening to her sing, the evil Sorceress of Shadows, Veran, appears and possesses her! Link and Ralph can't do anything as Veran (in Nayru's body) then jumps into a time portal and goes back in time 400 years! After this, terrible things starts to happen! Some people disappear, others gets turned to stone, or they rapidly age to become old. It now falls to Link to rescue Nayru and restore time! However, in the shadows the two witches known as Twinrova are carrying on with their plans...
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages for the Gameboy Color is the last mainline Zelda-game that I've yet to play. It uses the same engine as Link's Awakening DX, so it reuses many assets from that game. It also has a sister game called Oracle of Seasons, which I've Let's Played before!
