1Royal fans have spoken out after King Charles was persuaded to abdicate for his eldest son Prince William due to health concerns.
Speaking to GB News, royal analyst Peter Lloyd advised that King Charles "abdicate" and let the Prince of Wales head the Firm.
The expert on the monarchy said: "I think that King Charles should abdicate and I think that Prince William should step up and do the job."
In response to the royal expert's proposal for abdication, a fan commented on the Daily Express UK story, stating, "The country has just paid out millions for King Charles' coronation; imagine if they had to pay out again so soon for William."
