My Specs:

CPU - 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900KF 3.20 GHz
GPU - MSI NVIDIA RTX 3080 Ti
RAM - 32 GB
Operating System - Windows 11

As you can see, I've installed the .pkg File which updated GTA IV from 1.00 to 1.08 and now it finally boots up without any issues! Note that if you wanted to update GTA V from 1.00 to 1.27, you can, however, I choose to remain on 1.00 for valid reasons.

This Video also shows how after resigning my own Save Files from my real PS3, I can load them up without issues through RPCS3, which is absolutely amazing if you ask me! I've always wanted to be able to do this! To resign PS3 Saves to work with RPCS3, you will need a Program called "Brute Force Save Data."

The Video will also show you where the Save Files are located within RPCS3's Directory!
