Tutorial showing how I tried to recreate a lock picking mechanic from the Wizardry series. There are flashing tumblers on the screen (Green/Red) and you have to try to lock them to green to successfully unlock the lock. This is only how to do the visual representation and clicking using the two plugins that I previously highlighted. I have another upcoming tutorial that will go over how to increase a skill, like thieving, through using the skill. The TextPicture Plugin allows you to convert Text into a Picture that is displayed on screen. That is how I am showing an Icon as a picture. The ButtonPicture Plugin allows you to make a picture clickable that will then call a Common Event of your choosing. ERROR IN VIDEO: I noticed that I mistakenly said that the flashing Green/Red boxes are being set on the screen in the Crystal Event that you click on, but that isn't true. That Event is just putting the clickable Icons on the screen. The 3 invisible Events that are being activated by switches being turned on are the Events that are setting the color boxes on the screen and making them randomly flash.
