The quest starts with a note delivered to you as you try to enter your player owned house.

After reading the note, enter your house and face a lvl 188 Barrelchest Mark II. It's pretty easy to safespot depending on what's in your home.

It has a range attack in the form of a hand-cannon, but it's not guaranteed to use it. Becareful about its furniture destroying attack, if you're caught in the shockwave your constitution level drops, preventing you from healing up as much as you can. Restore potions may be needed.

Since it's a house environment, you actually lose nothing if you die. You'll just pop up outside the POH portal.

Afterward, interrogate and torture the zombie head until Rabid Jack's name is dropped and your prompted to talk to Bill Teach (the guy who ferries you to and from Mos Le' Harmless).
