Braindeath's missing employees are in a dungeon pass 50% Luke.

You need scuba gear to enter, luckily, Braindeath has a spare set.

The dungeon has a 3-way fork. At the end of the three paths, you'll find a dead body.

Examining the bodies requires clicking through some text, so you do have to fight some crabs and zombies surgeons. Take out the surgeons first so they can't amp the strength and speed of the crabs.

Once you have the names of the three employees, report to Braindeath to receive the Twibik Night Special.

Return to Bill, and just follow the dialogue until BIll's ship gets attacked.
