0After returning to the Adventurous, have Bill drop you off at the upper pier of Bloodsplatter. Move into the facility and take note of some barrels and a metal shelf. Take a barrel, the barrelchest parts from the shelf, and some bandages and a face mask from their respective barrels.
Go deeper into the facility until your knocked out. Return to Bill to have him build a disguise.
Return to Bloodsplatter and claim another three empty barrels and 3 charges of gunpowder; you'll need them later. Switch into the disguise and get your evidence from the notice boards in five rooms of the plant.
Going clockwise from the south-west room:
Sabotage the gas canister to the south and then interact with the Disorderlies until you can murder them. When they're gone, take a letter from the board.
Next, take out the Grimterns in the next room. It's pretty easy, but if you feel mobbed, cannon blast a few so you only have to take damage from one of them. Get your evidence when they're dead.
In the next room, talk with one of the zombies to realize they're hammered. Take evidence from the board and move on.
Another easy room, interact with each of the three zombie arms and back out of the room. After a cutscene, enter and take evidence from the notice board.
In the last room, use gun powder on the three barrels in your inventory to sabotage each of them. Assemble the barrelchests with the rigged barrels. Detonate just one of the three to take out the Attendead and get the last piece of evidence.
