When Bill believes Jack's involvement, he'll hand you some powder kegs to destroy the factory.

Return to Bloodsplatter and turn the lever near the conveyor belts. Place kegs on the moving belts until the whole room explodes. Zombies will try to stop you by going down the belts, but just place a keg on the belt to take them out.

Afterward, climb the destroyed wall and follow the path down a ladder. When Mi-Gor and Murphy flee, follow them in a boat.

In the boat, you can heal damage by hitting the repair button. Enemies can't heal. You'll keep repairing the boat until your construction level will not allow anymore restoration or you move the boat. Talk out the weaker zombie boats so you'll be taking less damage.

When the scene is clear, return to Bill and quest complete.
