The RX 6700 XT was released almost 2 years ago.. it was a great card during its debut, which helped gamers reach high frame rates at the middle of the GPU mining crisis. But, how does it fare in 2023?

Today, we revisit the RX 6700 XT and tested it with our usual competitive games - Warzone 2, Apex Legends, Fortnite Chapter 4, Valorant and PUBG, to see if it is still viable in 2023. We have paired our RX 6700 XT with the fastest Ryzen AM4 gaming CPU, the Ryzen 7 5800X3D.

As always, all of our testing is based off real-world gameplay , which truly reflects actual performance of the hardware in-game. Here in OverseerPC, we focus more on real world performance rather than charts and controlled benchmark runs - and we tune settings to Competitive.
